Situated in the North East, Tees Valley boasts stunning countryside, a dramatic coastline and impressive historical venues.
The Riverside Stadium in Middlesbrough, will host a significant men’s group game and the city will be the team base for the Cook Island (Men's).
Fans who are attending this venue will need to print their ticket(s) at home and bring a copy with them to the game, as digital/mobile tickets cannot be scanned at this venue.

Once logged in, select the ‘My Tickets’ option from the menu bar
You will now be able to see a list of tickets you have booked.
Please make sure to print a copy of each ticket and bring it with you to the match if the fixture is held at St James' Park, Halliwell Jones or Riverside Stadium).

BY TRAIN
Located 1 mile away from the stadium, the nearest train station is Middlesbrough Railway Station. LNER operates a direct London service from Middlesbrough Railway Station. TransPennine Express and Northern Rail operate through Middlesbrough Railway Station with direct services to and from York, Leeds and Manchester. Connecting services run to Eaglescliffe and Darlington, which both provide links to London and other national destinations.
WALKING ROUTE
The walk from Middlesbrough Railway Station takes approximately ten minutes. Please see the map, or use our journey planner, to plan your route.
BY BUS
Located just over 1 mile from the stadium, Middlesbrough Bus Station serves a number of bus routes across the region. Please note, direct bus services do not operate to the Riverside Stadium.
BY CAR
Middlesbrough is well connected with the A1 (M), A19, and A66 running through the region from north to south, and east to west. For sat-nav systems, The Riverside Stadium postcode is TS3 6RS.
CAR PARKING
General car parking is available on a first come first served basis. This must be booked in advance at tickets.mfc.co.uk
Ticket Office
The ticket office will open three hours prior to kick-off and will close at halftime. Please note for double header matches, the opening time will be three hours prior to the first kick off and closing time will be around half time of the second match.

Arrive in plenty of time
Doors open 90 minutes before kick off. Leave yourself plenty of time to get to the venue and locate your entry point. Then enjoy the hospitality of our host and any pre-match entertainment on offer along with soaking up the atmosphere ahead of the match.
Payment Methods
RLWC2021 prefer cashless for all payment methods. RLWC2021 recommend, where possible, contactless payment is used.
No Re-entry
We are operating a no re-entry policy. Once you have entered the venue, you cannot exit and re-enter. SECURITY CHECKS
If asked by venue stewards, RLWC2021 staff or volunteers to take part in any security checks we ask you to co-operate and comply. Failure to comply may result in refused entry with no refund.

RLWC2021 will continue to follow government guidance relating to COVID-19.
Counter Terrorism
Counter Terrorism Policing is working with the Rugby League World Cup 2021 to encourage the public to be vigilant for anything that doesn’t seem right, and to report it to security or a police officer. Security is a team effort. When you are in our stadium, be aware of your surroundings. Report anything that doesn’t seem right to a steward. Trust your instincts and ACT. In an emergency call 999.
