Follow the instructions below in order to access your tickets.

Once logged in, select the ‘My Tickets’ option from the menu bar
You will now be able to see a list of tickets you have booked.
Please make sure to print a copy of each ticket and bring it with you to the match if the fixture is held at St James' Park, Halliwell Jones or Riverside Stadium).

BY TRAIN
Wigan Wallgate Train Station is one of two train stations in Wigan town centre. The other, Wigan North Western, is around 100 yards away.
BY BUS
Wigan bus station is located in Wigan Town Centre and is run by Transport for Greater Manchester. It offers a concourse, shop, cash machine, toilets and cycle stand. The DW stadium is around 20 minute’s walk from the bus station and covers a distance of around 2.5 miles.
BY COACH
Take the day off driving and forget expensive parking charges, simply board from locations across the UK and return after the match ends.

WALKING ROUTE
The DW Stadium is a casual 20-minute walk from either station, covering just over one mile along a well-lit main road and canal towpath.
BY CAR
The postcode to use for The DW Stadium is WN5 OUN, however for directions by car, use the RLWC2021 journey planner.
CAR PARKING
There are 2,000 car parking spaces located around the stadium. There is also a number of conveniently located car parks in Wigan Town Centre which are all around a 20-minute walk away. For car park, on-street pay and display and permit charges in Wigan please follow the link here
Ticket Office
The ticket office will open three hours prior to kick-off and will close at halftime. Please note for double header matches, the opening time will be three hours prior to the first kick off and closing time will be around half time of the second match.

Arrive in plenty of time
Doors open 90 minutes before kick off. Leave yourself plenty of time to get to the venue and locate your entry point. Then enjoy the hospitality of our host and any pre-match entertainment on offer along with soaking up the atmosphere ahead of the match.
Payment Methods
RLWC2021 prefer cashless for all payment methods. RLWC2021 recommend, where possible, contactless payment is used.
No Re-entry
We are operating a no re-entry policy. Once you have entered the venue, you cannot exit and re-enter. SECURITY CHECKS
If asked by venue stewards, RLWC2021 staff or volunteers to take part in any security checks we ask you to co-operate and comply. Failure to comply may result in refused entry with no refund.

RLWC2021 will continue to follow government guidance relating to COVID-19.
Counter Terrorism
Counter Terrorism Policing is working with the Rugby League World Cup 2021 to encourage the public to be vigilant for anything that doesn’t seem right, and to report it to security or a police officer. Security is a team effort. When you are in our stadium, be aware of your surroundings. Report anything that doesn’t seem right to a steward. Trust your instincts and ACT. In an emergency call 999.

A beautiful example of Victorian design, Mesnes park boasts manicured lawns, flower gardens, a bandstand that host music events throughout the year, as well as a stunning central pavilion featuring Frederick’s ice cream parlour.
